Healthcare Recruitment Business Development Executive

Our organization supports clients in the US healthcare sector by supplying skilled healthcare workers. We provide direct placement, temp-to-hire, and contract work opportunities to our candidates.

Our team works closely with nursing and medical assistance schools to offer a vast network of job and candidate opportunities to our clients and candidates.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced business development executives to contribute to generating clients for our healthcare staffing solutions. You will be responsible for closing recruitment partnerships and maintaining good customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Market analysis to create target lists of potential clients
  • Contacting decision-makers to inform them about staffing services
  • Requirements analysis to understand customer needs
  • Pitching our solutions to potential clients and creating staffing agreements
  • Matching candidates to job requirements in collaboration with our recruiters
  • Directing prospects to account executives when needed
  • Handling objections to positively manage our reputation
  • Meeting sales quota and facilitating future sales
  • Keeping records of calls and sales

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a business development executive in a staffing agency catering to US markets
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting quota over the phone
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different markets focused on staffing and recruitment of healthcare professionals
  • Excellent knowledge of English is essential
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
  • Good knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools such as CRM and ATS
  • Solid experience using Google G-Suite and softphones
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
