We are seeking a skilled professional to connect healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, be confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates.
They will also be proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once.
Key Responsibilities:- Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
- Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools.
- Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
- Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire.
- Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.
- Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup.
- Ability to secure the required technical setup, including:
- A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
- A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source.
- A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM.
- A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM.
