Job Description:
  • Assist the HR Operations team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll & Benefits teams to prepare and maintain documentation for audits and other purposes.
  • Reorganize and maintain files, including the 201 file room, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Update the 201 file database to reflect changes and additions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various administrative tasks and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in administrative/clerical work.
  • Proven experience in office work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with audit procedures and experience working with 201 files.
