Chief Accounting Officer

Join a dynamic team as an Accounting Specialist, responsible for handling end-to-end accounting tasks from daily entries to month-end close. The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably handling U.S. books or under IFRS.
- Develop and implement accounting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
- Manage cash flow forecasts, issue client invoices, and post and reconcile intercompany invoices;
- Review payroll entries, validate vendor/client invoice details, and generate job costing and gross profit reports;
- Close month-end books and bank transactions, and prepare monthly financial reports and banking requirements;
- Work closely with the Senior Accountant to learn accounting systems and contribute to operational decisions.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting, CPA is highly preferred. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and self-direction are essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
