Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HR Staff/Part-time. This position offers a unique opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to handle phone calls, answer emails, and edit documents using Canva or Microsoft Office.

Apart from strong interpersonal skills, we require the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We welcome applications from Senior High School graduates; recruitment experience is an advantage.

Candidates must have their own laptop, reliable home Wi-Fi, own mobile phone, and a BPI verified bank account.

The compensation package includes unlimited commission-based earnings per successful hire.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with no quota or limits as long as you can endorse applicants.

This role plays a crucial part in managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, payroll, and employee relations. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and implementing company policies contributes to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee data
Requirements
