Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Eteam Workforce Private Corporation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that maintains high client satisfaction. This will involve performing monthly/quarterly client success reviews, identifying patterns to gain insights, and providing guidance to increase client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customer executive-level staff and internal management teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as is the ability to communicate at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Perform monthly/quarterly client success reviews to confirm satisfaction, address challenges, and expand overall product usage
  • Identify patterns to gain insights and provide guidance to increase client satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve critical situations
  • Work closely with Sales and Moder business units to share client insights and identify additional product and service sales opportunities
  • Document all new initiatives, milestones, and account review meetings in Salesforce (CRM)
Requirements
  • Account management experience, preferably with large accounts
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customer executive-level staff and internal management teams
  • Ability to multi-task across a vast set of responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer needs and requirements
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on client and business needs
