Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Synetcom Philippines Inc. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and handing over new accounts to the account management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, lead management, prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the EVP Operations.
  • Capture and thoroughly explore all sales opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a substantial pipeline and ensure accurate documentation and updates in the report template.
  • Provide timely responses and exceptional service to all inquiries.
  • Research and understand prospects' products, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives, and advise clients on the best mix of products and services required to meet these objectives.
  • Create polished proposals, presentations, contracts, and other documentation in line with relevant department procedures.
  • Respond to tenders, RFPs, and RFIs promptly and organized.
  • Attend meetings with prospects as required.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth handover from business development to account management.
  • Represent Synetcom Philippines at industry events and describe the company and its products and services in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
