Regional Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at NABATI FOOD PHILIPPINES, INC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acts as the main point of contact with brokers, suppliers, and distributors in the region.
• Creates regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
• Supports Branch and Distributor Managers with day-to-day branch/area operations.
• Evaluates branches, distribution partners, and individual employees' performances to ensure they perform at the agreed performance level to support business growth and stability.
• Prepares and reviews the budget compliance for the area/region of responsibility.
• Analyzes regional market trends and discovers new growth opportunities.
• Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts supporting national objectives.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
• Implements new sales strategies and techniques and provide training on them to other agents.
• Identifies the region's hiring requirements and selects and trains new salespeople to support operations of the assigned region.
• Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, as well as employee enforcing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or relevant field
• At least ten (10) years of in sales obtained from an FMCG organization
• Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams
• Proficient in basic accounting
• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to multitask, work under stress, and resolve conflict
• Sound organizational skills.
• The ability to motivate staff and lead a team
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
• Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
