Customer Service Ambassador at Gratitude Philippines

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.
This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to provide exceptional customer service.
We are looking for candidates who can work effectively in a team environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing situations.
The ideal candidate will have a senior high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of call center experience. Alternatively, they may have completed at least 2 years of college (with no back subjects) and possess at least 6 months of call center experience. A college graduate with or without call center experience is also eligible to apply.
The salary for this position ranges from 15k-21k per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
This is a work-on-site setup, and we prefer applicants with complete pre-employment documents, including proof of education, employment, NBI clearance, and government numbers.
Candidates must be willing to start immediately.
