Live Chat Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Help customers place orders, process returns, and track shipments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer step-by-step instructions for resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or supervisors as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services through ongoing knowledge development.
- Identify potential customer concerns and address them proactively.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with other support team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- At least 2 years of experience in live chat customer support.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with different CRM tools.
- Ability to start immediately.
