
Senior Technical Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to fill this role. If you enjoy solving complex technical issues and providing exceptional customer service, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling escalated support tickets, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints.
This is a customer-facing position that requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide timely and accurate resolutions to our customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of experience providing live chat technical support, possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and be able to convey complex technical details to non-technical audiences effectively.
