Automation Engineer

This role involves designing, building and maintaining efficient automated workflows across various client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools to drive business efficiency.
  • Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects on time.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows to maintain consistency.
  • Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Ai-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging Ai tools to drive innovation.
  • Basic coding skills a plus but not required as we focus on tool expertise.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver to tackle complex challenges.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines to meet business objectives.
