AI Automation Specialist

Job Description:

The AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Meeting workflow automation requirements by automating meeting notes, recaps, and action items using AI transcription tools.
  • Seamless file handling by auto-uploading meeting and field recordings to OneDrive and leveraging Microsoft APIs for efficient file and data integration.
  • Ongoing optimization by monitoring, troubleshooting, and refining automations to maintain high performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as an AI Automation Specialist, you should possess:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and ecosystem.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI and automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
  • Experience in embedding AI tools into streamlined workflows.
