Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards in automation development.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance automation delivery and improve business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions using UiPath and/or Power Platform.
  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring to develop their skills and expertise.
