Advanced Automation Developer

This role involves working on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes.
Some other key tasks include identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using advanced automation tools. Additionally, troubleshooting and fixing major bugs/defects is also an essential part of this role, as well as assisting junior developers in resolving issues/requests appropriately and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes
- Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions
- Troubleshoot and fix major bugs/defects
- Assist junior developers in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Relevant work experience in the software development field, tools, and process automation is also necessary. Proficiency in automation tools and platforms, including Office 365 applications (Flow, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams), is also highly valued.
Additionally, deep knowledge of integrated administrative and productivity tools, hands-on troubleshooting and response experience, and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are required skills and qualifications.
