About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work on project-based assignments and deliver automated processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes. They will also implement the full life cycle of an automation solution, from identifying opportunities to deploying automation solutions using advanced tools.

The Automation Developer will troubleshoot and fix major bugs/defects, assist junior developers in resolving issues, and introduce and test new technologies to continuously improve the technical capabilities of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on project-based assignments to deliver automated processes.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for process automation.
  • Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution.
  • Troubleshoot and fix major bugs/defects.
  • Introduce and test new technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in software development, tools, and process automation.
  • Proficient in automation tools and platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of Integrated Administrative and Productivity Tools.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
