Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Risk Manager to lead our company's financial risk assessment and control efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective financial controls, streamlining processes, and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough financial risk assessments of company policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing continuous improvements to enhance control effectiveness and streamline processes
  • Overseeing the implementation and compliance of company policies and guidelines across all departments

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required
  • At least 3 years of experience in external audit or working closely with audit teams
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in business process analysis and systems evaluation/improvement
