Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Business Control Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Track actual performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.

  • Cost Control & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures. Monitor spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance. Provide management with timely and accurate financial insights.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business control reports. Maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.

  • Process Improvement: Review existing workflows and recommend process enhancements. Support automation initiatives for reporting and monitoring.

  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with management and department heads to align business strategies with financial goals. Assist in strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

  • At least 5 years of experience handling costing is preferred.

  • Experience in FMCG is an advantage.

  • Preferably Female, 35-40 years old.
