The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, credit risk assessment, and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive analysis on alternative data coming from partners and recommend policies and pilot mechanics.
• Perform data-driven decision-making to optimize portfolio quality and growth.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to craft credit programs for new partnerships and business models.
• Develop and implement strategies to monitor impact of implemented strategies and credit test programs.
• Communicate effectively to key stakeholders and provide regular reviews of portfolio quality.Required Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will have:• Strong knowledge in SQL, Data Management, and Data Analytics/Visualization
• Experience in Retail Credit Risk. Fintech experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
