Job Title

The Senior Applications Engineer is a team member involved in collaborating with business project teams to understand requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, IT operations support and maintaining various business critical applications, reporting tools, and automation solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop expert understanding and technical knowledge of assigned business critical applications process flow, functionalities, and usage.
  • Provide regional end-users support via phone/email/remote or onsite for incident and service request ticket handling and escalation within SLA.
  • Involve in project lifecycle development, identify business requirements, architecture design, code, configure, test, and debug.
  • Collaborate and maintain effective communications with various support teams, vendors, and maintain business relationships to ensure quality of work and compliance to policy and procedure.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in system analyst and software development.
