This role is designed for individuals who excel in managing detailed information, maintaining organization, and ensuring compliance. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and facilities to coordinate credentialing processes, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire credentialing lifecycle, from document collection to final approvals
  • Verify licenses, certifications, education, and work history for accuracy and compliance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies, surgery centers, and other entities to secure approvals
  • Utilize Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit, merge, and format credentialing documents with precision
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure audit readiness at all times
  • Track deadlines, expirations, and renewals using structured systems to prevent lapses
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders and team members
  • Generate regular credentialing status reports and update leadership proactively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical credentialing or healthcare administration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end credentialing workflows independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro (merging, annotating, redacting, formatting)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail with proven organizational precision
  • Ability to work consistently within standard business hours
