Job Title: Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our accounting operations team as a Staff Accountant. This is a full-time remote role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on supporting financial reporting and client services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monthly financial close activities, including account analysis and reconciliation
  • Manage client accounts receivables and process client accounts payable, including approval workflows
  • Communicate with tax agencies and address client inquiries
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
  • Ensure all assignments meet quality standards
  • Identify engagement matters and communicate them to clients, managers, and partners
  • Provide exceptional client service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
  • Invoicing, accounts receivable management, and collections expertise
  • Accounts payable entries and issue resolution proficiency
  • Account reconciliation, including accruals and prepaid expense analysis
  • Proficiency in web-based accounting software applications
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
