Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage applications, conduct primary source verification, and maintain the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. Serve as a key point of contact for providers and external entities for credentialing-related inquiries and processes.
  • Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Support the generation of credentialing reports, proactively identify and help resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.
  • Adaptable responsibilities may evolve to meet the changing needs of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment.
  • A foundational understanding of data entry, documentation, and administrative workflows is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools.
  • Passion for empowering autism care providers through efficient administrative and credentialing processes.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
