Job Overview

A Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees the productivity of quality assurance teams, ensuring they are motivated and working effectively together. The supervisor conducts regular auditing sessions, provides feedback, and motivates team members to understand company policies and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, confidence, excellent communication and customer service skills, courtesy, patience, and a professional attitude when interacting with team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement weekly sampling plans for QA teams.
  • Monitor transactions in assigned programs, ensuring all types are being tracked.
  • Conduct live, recorded, and side-by-side audits as recommended by COPC standards.
  • Track sampling adherence and implement MIPs if necessary.
  • Ensure QAs provide timely feedback to consultants for improvement.
  • Verify QA accuracy through regular ATA and calibration checks.
  • Prepare and share Gage R&R reports.
  • Act as a consultant and advisor to QAs, clarifying parameters as needed.
  • Frequently review QA performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of quality metrics, measurements, and thresholds/targets.
  • Understanding of critical and non-critical errors in transactions.
  • Excellent investigative and business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in creating reports using various tools and applications.
  • Ability to perform risk analysis satisfying stakeholders' needs.
  • Basic exposure to statistical tools, trend analysis, and cause analysis.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
