Job Overview

Recruitment Associate Lead is a key position that requires leadership and hiring skills at Infosys BPM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Assessments: Ensure revenue health and identify internal pain areas.
  • Process Management: Deploy quality framework, ensure adherence to scope, and build robust controls.
  • Process Control & Verification: Monitor process verification methods, establish control measures, and improve scores.
  • Client Management Relationship: Analyze customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and take corrective actions.
  • Process Institutionalization: Conduct verification audits, identify gaps, and follow up on closure of CARs.
  • Change Management: Address issues at engagement level, implement changes, and sustain them over time.
  • Process Excellence: Drive top-down and bottom-up ideation, analyze opportunities, and lead small/medium-size projects.
  • Metric Management: Monitor SLA performance, conduct analyses, and drive visualization initiatives.
  • Talent management: Conduct basic quality trainings, provide appraisal feedback, and engage employees.
  • Benchmarking and Best Practice Sharing: Deploy best practices from other engagements and share at DC/Vertical level.
  • Risk Management: Identify engagement and process-level risk by performing risk audits and discussions with process owners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
  • Professional experience in leadership in Quality Dept in a shared service or BPO environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean certification, and/or ISO is required.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work on shifting schedules.
