Quality Assurance Team Lead

The Quality Assurance Supervisor position requires the ability to oversee and ensure that all quality objectives are achieved in manufacturing products through regular testing and inspection. This individual works closely with the production team to resolve quality issues and address customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee QA teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control processes
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the QA function, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ISO Quality Management Systems
