Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate construction processes to ensure conformity with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
  • Identify, investigate, and document quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Organize, track, and preserve quality control records, reports, and all related documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports, non-conformance logs, and corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide input on quality-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Proven ability to organize, document, and resolve quality issues.
  • Experience with quality documentation systems and processes.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
