Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for medical client-VA pairs, fostering productivity and profitability.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists, enhancing business growth and Client-VA pair efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to leverage Global Medical's services, driving business expansion as a Virtual Medical Manager.
  • Manage medical client-VA relationships, addressing concerns and anticipating growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate, escalate high-level issues, handle situations, identify patterns, and more as the Virtual Medical Manager.
Requirements
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for this role.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, demonstrating operational process familiarity.
  • High proficiency in English language (written and oral), enabling effective communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with high-level professionals, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, focused, organized, and highly motivated to drive results.
  • One year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required), showcasing potential for growth.
  • Capacity to think outside the box, creating innovative solutions when necessary.
  • Efficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite, streamlining workflow.
  • Open to working night shifts, demonstrating adaptability.
