- We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our healthcare account team.
The successful applicant will have strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA. They will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of professionals in a healthcare BPO or similar setup.
- Manage client relationships and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 3-5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare BPO or similar environment.
- Experience in U.S. healthcare processes, DME, claims, and authorizations.
- Proven team management, coaching, and escalation resolution skills.
- Familiar with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
- Proficient in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
