Job Description
  • Our team is seeking a skilled Analyst to research and implement automated data entry processes, ensuring seamless integration with electronic medical record systems.

This role involves reviewing and updating knowledge base articles to maintain accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare administration and be proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Automated Data Entry: Perform and support the implementation of automated data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
  2. Workflow Tasks: Complete tasks using scripts, information from the Clients' Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, artifacts, or assistance from the Production Operations team.
  3. Knowledge Base Management: Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is highly valued.
