We are seeking a seasoned Insights Professional to oversee the productivity and quality of our research team. This pivotal role involves managing client projects, supervising analysts, and ensuring best practices in data analysis and reporting.

  • Drive High-Quality Insights
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and insightful analysis reports.
  • Collaborate with Analysts to enhance reporting structure, depth, and clarity.
  • Implement quality control processes to meet client expectations.
  • Promote best-practice methodology in data interpretation and visualization.
  • Align reports with client briefs and our style guide.
  • Project Management
  • Lead multiple projects to meet client deadlines.
  • Maintain capacity planning and monitor team workflows.
  • Create clear project documentation and communicate progress effectively.
  • Plan schedules to ensure collaboration and review opportunities.
  • Team Supervision & Development
  • Establish quality control systems.
  • Coach and mentor analysts in data visualization, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Conduct training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Monitor workloads, support team well-being, and manage resource allocation.
  • Client & Internal Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with clients through reporting and consultation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service without compromising capacity.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to support client retention and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Media & Communication, or related field.
  • Preferred: Educational background or certifications in Media Research or Market Research.
  • Strong skills in data interpretation, corporate writing, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent grasp of English grammar and a clear, professional writing style.
  • Proficiency in research techniques and project management principles.
  • Solid experience managing clients across diverse industries.
  • Keen interest in news, current affairs, and a strong understanding of the media landscape.
  • Proven track record in leading data-driven decisions and translating insights into business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and drive performance through strategic leadership.
  • Passionate about media research with a solutions-focused and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • A client-centric team player with a positive attitude towards innovation and change.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Comfortable using data analysis tools and learning new technologies quickly.
