Job Title: Chief Data Insights Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Data Insights Officer to join our team. This is a key role that will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and drive meaningful change. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics solutions, working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic plans to address them.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored data solutions.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of industry experience in data science or analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
  • Proficiency in R or Python programming languages.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
