Job Overview

The Quant Analytics Associate position is a critical role within the Consumer & Community Banking division, responsible for leveraging data insights to drive business innovation and decision-making. This individual will be tasked with generating actionable intelligence from large datasets, fostering collaboration across functions and lines of business, and developing innovative solutions to improve business function performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support partnership with key stakeholders by providing deep data knowledge and analysis delivery.
  • Collaborate with business partners to formulate quantifiable goals, support strategies and experimentation to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Experience in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
