Job Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer 2 to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating daily operational activities and collaborating with business partners to gather requirements.
  2. Designing and configuring applications to meet business needs, including product catalog setup, pricing, subscription creation, billing rules and workflows.
  3. Participating in implementation projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  4. Conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions or workarounds.
  5. Developing and training users on application functionality and best practices.
  6. Assisting with data migration and integration efforts, including defining data mapping and validation rules.
  7. Maintaining applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving system-related issues.
  8. Staying up-to-date with the latest application releases, features and enhancements and evaluating their applicability to client environments.
  9. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions.
