Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Operations Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire billing lifecycle, including subscription management, dispute resolution, and month-end reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire billing process from end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive billing reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and optimize billing operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in billing operations, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Proven expertise in Stripe Subscriptions and dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot for AR/billing workflows and collections outreach.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliations, AR aging, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
