We're seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to spearhead our team responsible for delivering scalable, reliable, and secure services that power recurring billing and payment experiences for our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team delivering subscription billing and payment infrastructure.
  • Drive execution, architecture, and technical decisions for cloud-native platforms, leveraging expertise in TypeScript and AWS.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define strategy, scope, and priorities.

  • Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and scalability requirements.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years of engineering management.
  • Proven experience building and scaling backend systems, ideally in payments or billing.
  • Strong background in cloud-native development on AWS.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering customer-impacting products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
