Job Title:

DevOps Engineer II

Overview

We seek a skilled DevOps Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of our multi-tenant SaaS software platform hosted in Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve issues ensuring stability and reliability of the SaaS environment.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for automated provisioning and management.
  • Implement and maintain pipelines for fast and reliable software releases.
  • Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for efficient application scaling.
  • Optimize cloud resources on Azure for cost, security, and performance.
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for system availability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security and compliance.
  • Write scripts and automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and implement infrastructure support.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of cloud service provider operations experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems (Kubernetes and Helm Charts).
  • Designing, improving, and operating CI/CD release pipelines is required.
  • Templating and Configuration Languages (Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, JSON, YAML).
  • PowerShell experience is required.
