B2B Sales and Client Success Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales and Client Success Professional to join our team at Callbox Inc. As a key player in the company, you will be responsible for overseeing team performance, maintaining client relationships, and fostering positive interactions.
Scope of Responsibilities:
* Program Oversight: Ensure work efficiency and diligently track program status to guarantee successful outcomes for our clients.
* Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact during programs, engaging with clients and providing comprehensive reports on all aspects of the program.
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through consistent and proactive customer contact, addressing any immediate concerns during programs and minimizing client attrition.
* Upselling and Contract Renewal: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services offered by the company, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from their contracts while skillfully renewing service contracts within specified timeframes.
* Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management: Ensure that client KPIs are met within agreed-upon contract specifications.
* Communication and Reporting: Keep the Senior Client Success Manager/Operations Manager informed of any changes or feedback coming from clients and report directly to this role or the CEO as necessary.
* Additional Tasks: Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Senior Manager or the CEO to support the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements
* Proven track record in client success and B2B sales with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
* Proficiency in using software tools and technology to manage programs and client relationships.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Benefits
Our compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
