
HR Service Representative

This role is a key component of our organization's HR infrastructure, providing timely and accurate support to employees across multiple departments.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, responding to employee inquiries and transactional services over various channels. They will work closely with managers and employees to resolve policy and navigation inquiries, process employee data changes, promotions, demotions, salary updates, performance management, learning opportunities, and severance packages.
A strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) is essential for completing employee transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with onshore partners to receive training on all queries received from employees and create a repository for out-of-scope inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 1-year experience in an HR Helpdesk role, delivering high-quality services preferably from a shared service center environment
- Familiarity with HR automation systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, BambooHR, etc.)
- Open to working flexible US shifts
