We are partnering with one of the country's largest and most trusted banks to recruit a
Head of Digital Banking Maintenance
. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a highly reputable financial institution that is investing heavily in innovation and digital transformation.

As the Head of Digital Banking Maintenance, you will be the technical and operational leader responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and operational excellence of digital banking platforms serving millions of customers nationwide.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 12–15 professionals, including Project Managers, Resolution Managers, SREs, and Technical Analysts.
  • Oversee platform maintenance, Level 3 support, and ensure application stability for digital banking services.
  • Drive efficient incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimisation.
  • Manage key vendor relationships and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on platform initiatives.
  • Ensure high availability, resilience, and security of digital banking platforms serving consumer and retail banking sectors.
  • Identify and address technical debt, promoting continuous improvement to enhance speed and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–12 years of experience managing enterprise applications or digital banking platforms.
  • Proven technical leadership and operations management experience within BFSI, fintech, or digital banking environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Backbase, Temenos Infinity, Finacle, Finastra, or similar digital banking systems.
  • Strong technical skills including Java, Spring Framework, APIs, Microservices, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven leader passionate about operational excellence and digital innovation.
