Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Personal Injury Case Coordinator to manage our caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate new cases and provide initial assessments to the legal team
  • Develop strategies for case management and oversee their implementation
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activity
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and answer any questions they may have
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the legal team
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple cases simultaneously
