Procurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, quality, and cost-competitive supplies to the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, quality, and cost-competitive supplies to the unit.
  • Take responsibility for relative spending in sourcing categories.
  • Meet targets and deliverables set by the Sourcing Manager.
  • Support implementation of unit and/or category-led sourcing initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead local supplier negotiation, selection, and management following KONE's strategic sourcing process.
  • Address supplier quality performance issues.
  • Assist in regular reporting of unit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including monthly budget and forecast data.
  • Update and maintain price lists in relevant systems and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Support purchasing activities – source for suppliers and negotiations.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement or purchasing in a multinational environment.
  • User knowledge of SAP/ERP and other sourcing systems is an advantage.
  • Provide high-quality and correctness of data through monitoring and reports to the business.
  • Knowledge on suppliers' contracts and policies.
  • Candidate must be fluent in local language.
