As a key member of our Global Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities will include maintaining logs of completed/pending Quarterly Business Reviews with notes, sending out QBR requests to suppliers via email, and circulating scorecards to internal stakeholders and suppliers. You will also be responsible for generating reports on supplier spend and use cases, as well as collecting supplier diversity certifications.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and data analytics is highly desirable.

Working closely with the Head of Global Procurement and Procurement Manager, you will participate in various projects aimed at improving procurement processes and driving business outcomes. This may involve supporting stakeholder requests for Coupa supplier onboarding and assisting with daily procurement operations.
