Data Researcher Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Researcher to join our team. As a Data Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying, scraping, filtering, and organizing high-quality data to support business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data research principles and experience working in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be expected to maintain a strong lead pipeline, prioritize properties and owners for outreach, and provide accurate insights directly in the CRM to inform BDR outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support outbound sales efforts by gathering and organizing data for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Maintain a robust lead pipeline, ensuring only the best-fit properties and owners are prioritized for engagement.
  • Deliver actionable insights directly in the CRM to inform BDR outreach strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the business development team to refine targeting strategies based on real-time feedback and closed-won deals.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities in the data to inform market strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation roles—preferably in a startup or high-velocity sales environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data cleanliness.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and a bias toward action and iteration.
