Investment Banking Associate Job Opportunity

Seeking a highly driven individual to join our team as an Investment Banking Associate. This role offers hands-on experience with seasoned professionals, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative culture that values work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry research, and data analysis to create insights into niche subject areas.
  • Develop financial models and valuation analyses by taking raw financial data from clients and creating transaction structuring, working capital pegs, and LBO models.
  • Create client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives.
  • Manage execution processes to ensure seamless transaction workflows and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or comparable fields (top-tier consulting or sell-side equity research with relevant transaction exposure will be considered).
  • Strong academic credentials preferred, though not required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling, including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting.
  • Ability to adapt, use new tools, and find creative solutions to aid efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with a high degree of independence.
