Lead Project Coordinator, Data Collection

The position involves overseeing the project lifecycle for data collection, ensuring timely completion and meeting client requirements. This entails managing budgets, communicating with clients, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating daily activities to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Review project documentation to identify potential roadblocks and provide recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage project kick-off meetings to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, either via email or phone, and offer suggestions to maximize sample sizes during fieldwork.

This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and experience in data collection and project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Research, preferably with a focus on Healthcare data collections.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Decipher or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
