Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Mergers and Acquisitions research initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential acquisition targets, developing targeted prospect lists, and supporting outreach efforts.

This key role involves:

  • Reviewing and refining company lists to ensure alignment with investment criteria
  • Conducting in-depth research and collaborating with data analysts to profile potential acquisition targets
  • Organizing and maintaining databases of acquisition targets, leveraging Airtable CRM and spreadsheets
  • Utilizing public databases, directories, and data scraping tools to build comprehensive prospect lists
  • Providing ad hoc research support and administrative assistance as needed

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the M&A landscape, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; experience with Airtable CRM and data scraping tools is also highly desirable.About the Role
