Financial Operations Manager

Aux is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, payables, receivables, and month-end close. This role will also support financial reporting and cash flow analysis while ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain complete, organized documentation.
- Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, verifying compliance with company guidelines.
- Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system with strong attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely collections.
- Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other key accounts.
- Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Support and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to work night shift hours to support US-based clients.
