Logistics Coordinator Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and support logistical operations for the smooth movement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support logistical operations for the smooth movement of goods and services.
  • Track shipments, make appointments, and handle various administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Monitor and track the status of trucks and shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to work closely with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics operations. This includes coordinating with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in good condition. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this role may be suited to your skills and experience.

Responsibilities will include tracking shipments, making appointments, and handling various administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
