Corporate Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our organization. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by providing accurate and timely financial information.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process bank feeds and reconcile accounts for multiple clients.
  • Perform credit card reconciliations and create individual lists for presentation to cardholders.
  • Conduct monthly financial reviews, cross-checking financial statements and activity for accuracy.
  • Record payroll transactions and upload entries to Quickbooks (and/or Xero).
  • Assist with financial cleanup tasks, including revenue coding, payroll, and balance sheet accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support.
  • Experience in Quickbooks Online (QBO) and familiarity with the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts.
